Tartar Sauce

Serves 1 ¼ Cups

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon minced onions
  • 1 tablespoon minced sweet pickles
  • ¼ teaspoon hot sauce
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk to blend. Its best used within 24 hours. Tart tartar sauce is ideal for serving with just about any kind of seafood.
