Marinade
Makes 2 cups
- 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1/3 cup oregano, chopped
- 1/2 cup Kinloch Plantation Pecan Oil
- Stir together first four ingredients until salt is dissolved. Add the rest of the ingredients to the first four ingredients and whisk in the oil. Use marinade shortly after preparation.
