Chef Cory Bahr Shares his Summer Salad
What you'll need:
- Beets
- Peaches
- Tomatoes
- Whipped Goat Cheese
- Kinloch Balsamic Oil
- Kinloch Pecan Oil
Directions:
- Add several dollops of goat cheese to the plate.
- Place a beet, tomato, and peach into each dollop of goat cheese.
- To make vinaigrette, combine equal parts balsamic and pecan oil into separate bowl.
- Drizzle vinaigrette on top of salad.
- Top with arugula, basil, pepper, chili, flake salt, and honey granola.
