Chef Cory Bahr Shares his Steak Recipe
What you'll need:
- Turkish pepper
- Kinloch Pecan Oil
- Liberally apply Kinloch Pecan Oil to steak, pouring a little extra onto the plate.
- Flip steak into the Kinloch Pecan Oil on the plate twice.
- Sprinkle a teaspoon of salt to the top of the steak, then flip and repeat on other side.
- Begin searing your steak until you reach the desired cook.
- Top with a dab of Kinloch Pecan Oil, peppercorns, and Turkish pepper.
