Vinaigrette Dressing
Serves 1 Cup
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon dried chives
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 teaspoon dried mustard
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 3/4 cup Kinloch Plantation Pecan Oil
- Combine all the ingredients in a large jar, cover and shake to blend. Store in the refrigerator and shake again before using.
