Cory's Summer Salad

Chef Cory Bahr Shares his Summer Salad

What you'll need:

Directions:

  1. Add several dollops of goat cheese to the plate.
  2. Place a beet, tomato, and peach into each dollop of goat cheese.
  3. To make vinaigrette, combine equal parts balsamic and pecan oil into separate bowl.
  4. Drizzle vinaigrette on top of salad.
  5. Top with arugula, basil, pepper, chili, flake salt, and honey granola.
