Lemongrass Oil

Makes 4 cups

  • 2 cups Kinloch Plantation Pecan Oil
  • 2 cups lemongrass, chopped, fresh
  • 3 tablespoon black peppercorns
  1. Heat the oil over medium heat. Add lemongrass and pepper. Remove oil from heat after around 6 minutes of being cooked. Strain oil cool to room temperature. Serve.
