Tartar Sauce

  • 1 cup Basic Mayonnaise (Refer to Recipe)
  • 1 tablespoon minced onions
  • 1 tablespoon minced sweet pickles
  • ¼ teaspoon hot sauce
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk to blend.  Its best used within 24 hours. Tart tartar sauce is ideal for serving with just about any kind of seafood.    Makes about 1 ¼ cups
