Marinade with Oregano

  • ¼ cup Lemon Juice
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • ¼ cup parsley, chopped
  • 1/3 cup oregano, chopped
  • ½ cup Kinloch Plantation Pecan Oil
Stir together first four ingredients until salt is dissolved. Add the rest of the ingredients to the first four ingredients and whisk in the oil.   Use marinade shortly after preparation   Makes about 2 cups
