Pumpkin Bread

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/4 cup Kinloch Plantation Pecan Oil
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 tablespoon cloves
  • 1/4 tablespoon nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 cup pumpkin
  • 2 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 1/2 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 cup finely ground pecans
Beat eggs and sugar together well. Add pumpkin, oil, and vanilla mixing well. Sift flour, soda, baking powder, salt and spices together. Fold into pumpkin mixture, stirring well. Add pecans and mix in. Bake at 350 °F for 1 hour in 2 well greased loaf pans.
